What does it mean to you connected to being a STEM teacher?
To me this quote embraces the importance of teachers being open minded, learners, innovative, and problem solvers. Using multiple strategies requires teachers to continuously educate themselves on different strategies and put those strategies together to make the content relevant and meaningful all while meeting the learning goals and common core standards. All of this especially connects to being a STEM teacher because STEM usually intimidates students and if a teacher can use various strategies to inspire students to connect with STEM content.
